1. How do I place an order?

You may place an order on our website. We also accept cash on delivery, which you can make the payment when we deliver the EV to your destination. You may also arrange for pickup at the closest dealership.

2. Where do you deliver?

We only deliver to District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Virginia in US. We will extend our delivery to other states and countries in the future. . 

3. How long does the delivery take?

Delivery will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Please message your order number to our Team on Messenger and you will be assigned a personalized account representative to assist in your purchase.

4. Do you provide repair services in case of any defects?

Yes. We can come to your place at your set time. Just submit a service request form here.

5. Is there any guarantee/warranty?

Yes. We provide 1 year part warranty coverage. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details.

6. What is your return policy?

We provide a 14-day 100% return policy with no questions asked if you changed your mind. The EV must be in its original sellable condition. You must deliver to where the item was shipped out or pay to return. We do not provide pickup services.

7. How do I become an dealer?

To become an affiliate, you may register here, which will subject to approval and T&C.

8. My order is defect/ part of my order is missing. What should I do?

Please let us know through Messenger. Our Team will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
